At the heart of Qland Construction is our founder, with more than 25 years of industry experience and a licensed General Contractor. Beginning his career in the trades, he developed a deep understanding of the craft from the ground up. Over the years, he advanced into leadership roles with nationally recognized builders, managing large residential communities and complex commercial projects. Along the way, he earned a reputation for integrity, precision, and his ability to guide teams while building lasting relationships with clients.
From this foundation, Qland Enterprises LLC was proudly established. The company was born out of his vision to blend decades of expertise with a client-centered approach — one that treats every project as a partnership and every client’s dream as a mission. What began as a commitment to quality and trust has grown into a versatile construction firm serving both residential and commercial markets, with specialties ranging from concrete and flatwork to remodels, painting, stucco remediation, and custom outdoor living spaces.

Our Founder
Ajayi A. Miller, a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC 1532897), founded Qland Construction to make the building process straightforward, honest, and high-quality from start to finish. With years of hands-on experience leading large residential communities and commercial projects across Florida, Ajayi brings strong planning, clear communication, and big-builder discipline to every job—without losing the personal touch. Clients appreciate his attention to detail, respect for their time and budget, and a simple approach: listen first, set clear expectations, and deliver work built to last.
